The Project Management Micro-Course will build upon information provided at the Project Management Institute (PMI) held November 2020. Attendance at PMI is not required to attend this micro-course. Micro-course participants will engage in both asynchronous and synchronous high-detail activities and discussions. The Micro-Course will engage participants in a deeper understanding and acquisition of best practices for project implementation with a focus on the fiscal and evaluation processes with highly experienced facilitators who, collectively, have 36 years of combined experience implementing HSI awards. Primary topics will include fiscal management, project evaluation and the 2021 annual performance report (APR), and institutionalization of your project.

This course will consist of both asynchronous (estimate 3 hours) and synchronous (6 hours) activities.
