The AHSIE student leadership retreat is an online interactive experience focusing on:

• the unique cultural identity of each attendee;

• engaging them in a process to identify their communication style(s) and how this may assist them to include or exclude others;

• identify their values and how throughout life we are challenged to give up or retain what is important;

• to identify one's leadership style & the inherent cultural wealth & capital we each have, and

• to apply what we learned in order to build a more equitable society.
