I’m a higher education leader focused on expanding access, advancing equity, and strengthening systems that help every student succeed. As Senior Director, Institutional Advancement & HSI Initiatives at Salt Lake Community College, I lead strategic, community‐centered work that supports SLCC’s growth as an emerging Hispanic‐Serving Institution.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, partnership, and student success. I collaborate across campus and with community and national partners to remove barriers, improve outcomes for historically underserved learners, and build initiatives that create real social and economic mobility.
