Dr. Dolores Raivzee-Bell was appointed as Director of Grants Management/Academic Compliance Services for Dallas College in Dallas, TX. A native of Canton, Ohio (Home of the Pro-Football Hall of Fame!), Dr. Bell has more than 35 years in the development and management education programs which involves: program development, training, recruitment, grants-budget management, community/corporate partnerships, safety and site inspections, job placement, health and education training, grant writing/research and evaluation and performance while working in diverse settings (nonprofit, state, government, schools and mental health agencies).

Dr. Bell received her BA in Psychology from the University of Texas At Arlington and continued her education to receive a master degree in Public Administration from Western International University, and Doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis in Health and Organizational Leadership from California Intercontinental University. Dr. Bell has certifications in Non-Profit/Grants Management, Human Resource Management, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from The Dallas Center for Non-Profit Management, National Diversity Council,
and the National Grants Management Association (NGMA). Dr. Bell has received various awards through the National YMCA, Dallas Public Schools, National Youth and Sports, City of Dallas, and Texas Education Agency for education partnerships and community volunteer services.

Dr. Bell resides in Cedar Hill, TX with her husband of 32 years, Kevin Bell Sr. and their two children: Jessica Danielle, 23 (Medical Student – Parker University, Dallas, TX) and Kevin Jr., 25 (Police Officer, San Antonio, TX)
